Terms

Last updated November 7, 2026

These terms cover your use of DeletePal. By installing or using DeletePal, you agree to them.

Trial and license

You can try DeletePal for 7 days at no charge. After that it needs a license. A license lets one person use DeletePal on up to 3 Macs that they own or control. You may not resell, share or publish your license key, or copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

Payment

You buy DeletePal through Link, Stripe's checkout service. Link is the merchant of record for your order, so it handles the payment, any sales tax or VAT, your receipt, and billing questions. Your purchase is also covered by the payment terms shown at checkout.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days. See the refund policy. A refunded license stops working.

What DeletePal does to your files

DeletePal moves the files you choose to the Trash. It doesn't erase them, so they can be restored until you empty the Trash. You're responsible for checking what you've selected before you remove it, and for keeping backups of anything important.

Quitting apps

Quitting or force quitting an app or process can lose unsaved work. You choose when to do this.

Updates

Updates to DeletePal are free. DeletePal checks for them automatically unless you turn that off in Settings.

No warranty

DeletePal is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, DeletePal isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for DeletePal.

Changes

These terms may change from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
